Automatic waitlists
Your boat holds 22, so sign-ups close at 22. Everyone after that joins the waitlist. Someone drops the night before, the next paddler gets the seat and an email while you sleep.
DragonSignUp keeps your roster, practice sign-ups and waitlists in one place, so a 5pm cancellation doesn’t cost you a paddler on the water.
Free for crews up to 30. No credit card required.

Your crew won’t see a banner or a “sponsored” anything, and we don’t sell your roster to advertisers. The clubs that upgrade pay for DragonSignUp.

It suggests one, balanced left to right and by weight, with a warning when someone is sitting on their off side or hasn't said they're coming. You can accept it, edit it, or ignore it. A lineup only saves when a coach saves it.
Yes. Team events use sign-up slots instead of a single seat count, which suits pot-luck dishes, regatta volunteer shifts, and season-planning meetings. Paddlers claim the slot they can cover.
