Yes. Every plan includes a club calendar. Paddlers can view their own teams or the whole club, and filter to one crew. Each crew keeps its own roster, sign-ups and lineups. Seeing another crew’s practice does not automatically give someone a seat: club admins can open empty seats to other club paddlers 24, 48 or 72 hours before practice.

No. A person on two or more crews within the same club counts once toward the club’s member limit. Admins are also counted once across the club. Choose your plan by the total number of members and admins, with every product feature included.

No. Paddlers join and claim seats for free. We bill the crew manager or club admin.

Yes, for Android. Search for DragonSignUp in your app store and sign in with the account you already have. You can also keep using it in any web browser.

When a practice or race fills up, later sign-ups join the waitlist. As soon as someone cancels, the paddler at the top of that list takes the seat and gets an email about it, plus a text if they have turned those on.

Only when a seat opens for them on a waitlist, and only if they turn it on themselves in their profile. We don't text about anything else: no reminders, no marketing. Reply STOP to any message, or turn them off in the profile. Message and data rates may apply.

No. There are no ads on any plan, free included, and we don't sell or share your roster with advertisers. Paid plans fund the product.

Neither one knows what a boat is. TeamSnap is built for forty sports and has no seats or sides. A sign-up sheet fills slots in click order and leaves the lineup to you. Headroom. Boat seating, team events, waitlists, reminders, and unlimited practices and races all work on the free plan, but you're capped at 30 members and 2 admins. You upgrade when your roster outgrows the plan.

It suggests one, balanced left to right and by weight, with a warning when someone is sitting on their off side or hasn't said they're coming. You can accept it, edit it, or ignore it. A lineup only saves when a coach saves it.

Yes. Team events use sign-up slots instead of a single seat count, which suits pot-luck dishes, regatta volunteer shifts, and season-planning meetings. Paddlers claim the slot they can cover.

Yes. Move between plans from your billing settings whenever you like. Pro is yearly or monthly, your choice; Club and Club Plus are yearly. Moving up charges the difference for the rest of your term; moving down credits it against your next invoice.

Stripe handles all billing, so we never see or store your card number. Pro is a subscription, billed once a year or once a month. Club and Club Plus bill once a year. You can change or cancel any of them whenever you like. A club that pays by cheque or bank transfer can ask us for an invoice instead.
